What locations qualify? Anywhere in Scandinavia, The Netherlands, Belgium and the northern half of France. Even Iceland which isn't an EU country, but where the residents may be the most content on the face of the earth. And if you don't mind perpetual winter, it's beautiful.
whose citizens are not content and are perpetually protesting their own Governments in the streets because they have had enough of European progressivism , Environmental Authoritarianism , and leftwing America and NATO's disregard for their citizenry whom are being forced into destitution by keeping the Ukraine war perpetually going.
