Lysol spray disinfectant and any number of poisons kill the covid19 virus in vitro. Don't take bleach or the many other agents known to kill the virus in vitro as it is poisonous. Ivermectin can be poisonous if taken in large quantity.
If ivermectin was effective in killing virus, in would be used to cure pneumonia, common cold, and many rhino viruses. It's not used because it does not work to kill virus in the human body cells.
