But poppi bush was one hilarious mother ****, and if noriega was dead, he couldn't laugh at him. So he locked the **** up and humiliated him - letting him know who the **** captain was. It was also poppi bush who pushed buttons for the clintons. They had no contacts that would kill a fly. That's why when poppi died, everyone and his brother told the clintons to **** off. The clintons lost their mojo that very day.
