Many, especially in the South, are brainwashed into believing that “serving in the military” is somehow a “higher calling”, that’s it’s a “noble cause”. That is pure sad brainwashing. “Daddy and grand daddy did it too, so must I”. That’s ****. Real sad **** ****. Most sign up because of all the freebies. They love the freebies, then suddenly become all surprised when they are forced into some worthless **** somewhere across the planet and find their limbs blown off. Or another statistic that almost no one will ever care about.
