If that child is born of a mother that came to the US illegally, he/she/it should not automatically be a citizen of the US!!! Especially if she came here strictly for the purpose of **** out that kid...

Balugon was born in the US by chance to Nigerian parents. While visiting relatives here in the US, his mother was barred by the airline from returning to London due to her advanced pregnancy (7 months?). He returned to London at two months old and grew up there. But of course now having US citizenship as well.
