Well I saw the beginning of it but it is a 30 minute clip. Basically from what I saw the narrator is digging into the Russian case for the war. It seems to be working in Russia since Putin's approval rating is strasphereic. I've been following this sort of thing for a long time and truth is the first casualty of war. I'm sure Russia has a case but prior to the war I knew some of the facts though I'm not an expert. I doubt the Russian case for that reason. Therefore, I have some perspective that Russia is promoting propaganda. Regime change was shock and awe from a time not long ago.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.
