Well it depends on the grade of the weapons. There are low grade nuclear weapons that only affect a small radius and much larger mushroom bombs that can level cities. Still, cyber and biological attacks could be much more dangerous. Makes me support any arms treaty.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.
