Well as a globalist I can tell you that the population of Earth held steady for a very long time until the end of World War II.. Health risks were the main concern then but women also didn't work and big families were common. Now we have better medicine but women are having a lot fewer children to the point that the government of China is actually encouraging women to have more children. Doctors used herbs and whiskey back then. Instead of treating an infection, they just cut the **** limb off. We have all sorts of medication today that can easily treat conditions that they couldn't.
