I think you might need to learn the meaning of the term gaslighting.
Neat trick. If you type "define: [word]" into Google it will define words for you. define: gaslighting gives a definition that is a little skewed from my definition. I probably should use the word insult, affront, or abuse. I use it a lot when I'm writing essays.
