So, when you tell people things are better... when they are not ... people stop listening.
I would like to know where those earnings are going. I know a lot of people in the working class are finding employment easier and wages are rising for people who work retail and service jobs. Still, the actual earnings numbers speak for themselves. Supply side economics was the bane of economic existence under Reagan and Clinton. Maybe they were on to something, and we should just make all our widgets in China or at least overseas somewhere.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.
