I don't. It makes no sense that China would sell Russia it's top shelf ****. Nor is it sensible to believe their mid level **** surpasses Russia's existing technology. And on top of that, I don't care, actually. I'm a Monroe Doctrine kind of fellow - not a neocon, sitting about fretting over the other side of the globe.

Well I guess that's where we differ. Ukraine might be the first step towards a global imbalance if it is not kept in check. Kind of like a Chamberlin argument for isolationism in my view.
