According to South Africa they are. The African nation has even brought the case to the Hauge on the accusation of war crimes. Just a few thoughts. First is the brutal cold blooded murder of 1400 innocent civilians by Hamas. Second is the reasoning by South Africa that the internment of Gaza is a form of Apartheid. Both of these are arguably true but there is also the fact that the claim of genocide actually became international law due to the Holocaust. Strangely enough.
Nothing is easier than defending the status quo.
