The reason the GOV spent $400,000 missiles (according to my sources) was they were coming close to there exportation dates and just used them for expermental reasons.
And if it came out all of that stuff was filmed on a Hollyweird movie set to act as a diversion for inflaction...it would not shock me in the least; since we all know Sleepy Joe has lots of connections there.
