I use to do flat roofs on houses with my uncle down in South Philly that a JOOO owned.

I use to see ghetto rats throwing thier household trash in vacant houses.

It was unreal...just like when you drive into West Philly from Upper Darby (DELCO pop 500,000) in the summer time and a blind guy riding shotgun could tell where you were at by the smell. Thats not from them throwing trash into vacant houses...it because they use cheap trash bags and put them outside days before pick up.
