Actually I do believe free education for Black people because it is the only way thet will catch up with the rest of the country and than they will run out of excuses.
I recall a exchange that I had with a ultraliberal and his position was if a man cuts his penis off and starts acting like a woman he / she / it was a actual woman. I said he was 100% wrong and I could prove it. I told him if he / she / it was burnt beyond recognition and a autopsy was done on the remains he / she / it would declare a male. That shut him the FK up.
Anyhow: Congress can not even pass a simple bill (eg: Agent Orange Ruling's) BUT say they did pass the ghetto lottery...it would take another 247 years (US age) to effectuate it. I'm not going to worry about it and get a chuckle whenever I think there are people who really believe in that BS. They are the same people who believe we should spend billions on global warming while we homeless VETs, untreated mental ill and people who go with out heat, etc all thru the Nation.
