First of all, the UN has no say in what Israel can and cannot do internally.

Third, the people who were evicted were evicted from Jew-owned buildings. It went through the courts and, if the Palestinians could prove ownership and not a tenancy, they weren't evicted. Those that could not prove ownership, and the land owners could prove ownership, were the ones who got evicted.
