That crap is very common. Even among sincere people.
So, this human pollution is mixed into the search for a mate.
I had a friend (sleazy friend) who used to keep rolls of 999 silver bullion in his glove box. At the time, an ounce of silver was going for between $7-$10/ounce. But, stupid trashy whores didn't know this. So, this is what he would do. He'd make sure that when he was on a date, date in the car, he would open his glove box for something. They would see all of these silver rounds when he opened it, and they couldn't help but ask him about it. Then according to John, the conversation went something like this:
John "oh, excuse me, I have to reach over you to get my wallet out of the glove box."
Trashy Tina "Whoa, what is all of that you have in there - what's that for?"
John (clears throat) "Well, I'm a bullion investor. Gosh, I forgot I had that in there, I just came back from a Bullion convention (coin show).
Trashy Tina "Oh, wow! Can I hold one?"
John - hands Tina a shiny silver round "Tina, you're the first woman to take such an interest in my hobby. I think you're really special and I want you to have this, keep it, maybe it will inspire you".
Tina "Really, wow, I don't know what to say"
John "You're welcome, I WANT you to have it...from me to you. Tina, I had a great time, oh, we're here at your apartment....."
Tina "John, why don't you come up and hang out for awhile."
Moral of the story - Women who blinded more by shiny things, rather than being genuinely interested in the personality of a man, are cheap $10 whores. Now, ask me about John's 2nd date with that same woman....
