No, it can't be. Who would teach someone that kind of behavior? Even if some sicko parent were inclined to do so, HOW would you teach that behavior? Go to the John Wayne Gacy school of killing little todlers? Freaking sick. Just having people that sick around makes me think its time for God to end this world.
