another thought. This guy was NOT a trained sniper. The cops story states that he was basically peeking over the edge of the roof. Shooter spins and points gun at face. cop drops. shooter quickly spins back, lays flat, takes aim, fires, puts a round in Trumps earhole (if he wouldn't have turned, in less than a second?????
