WTF??? yes....that would violate their rights. You can do 1 of 2 things. Ignore them, OR gather a group, open carry AR's, and follow them, point at them and and laugh hysterically until they break and attack you. THEN you can slap the **** out of them or shoot them. NOW there are no rights violated!
