My folks taught me ya dont go there "Fasting" because ya want the doctor see how ya are everyday not just a test that day.

I have clogged arteries & scar lung tissue.

Cardiologist all about eating better no junkfood gave me perscripton for "Statins" lowers my cholesteral & trygliceryde blood count levels down

Next the "Pulmonologist" says I gotta be smoke free 24 hours prior wants 2 do a bronchial & breathing test.

For many years I ate Fast Food smoked pack 2 packs per day everyday.

I also still Drink & have Drug Abuse in my past as well too.

I want the "Tests" go okay but is that a "Real Reflection" of my everyday does that give them a "True Picture" in my tests.

Once years ago I hadda Dentist Appointment & I ordered tacos & stuffed my face.

My Ex asked aint ya gotta go dentist office later this afternoon.

I said I want them see me how I really am too
