Ukraine has military bases already. So you are saying that NATO would put their own bases in Ukraine?
No, NATO does not have military bases in every member country. While NATO is an alliance that binds 32 countries together in a common-defense agreement, it's not the case that every member nation has NATO bases present on its territory. Some NATO member states have chosen not to have permanent military bases on their territory.
