want to lower gas prices? the average car spends around $300.00 a year on gas taxes. get rid of 'at the pump gas taxes'. charge $300.00 a year on all vehicle registration. this way you are taxing electric vehicles. and giving an advantage to long haul truck drivers, who need a break.
