for christmas, portland oregon getting 2 feet of snow. 13,000 homeless will freeze. as congress sends another $40 billion to ukraine. why is ukraine more important to congress than millions of usa homeless? if the money congress had given to ukraine, would have been given to the usa homeless; each homeless in usa would have received $134,000.00+ each.
