Both of them are at the stage where they need to hit up their wealthy GOP contributors for the Big Bucks, and of course, the one thing that their fatcat buddies want to avoid is paying more into Social Security and Medicaid. Mitch is sitting on tons of money and not up the reelection. Trump also has a lot of funds, but Haley and Pence are not funded and have to convince the rich pals to contribute.
