how unaware you and your dad are!!!!! never keep an employee who is over 50!!! they are coasters. drag on companies. reduce their responsibilities. move younger people above them. make them feel unwanted. soon they will freak out and quit. world does not owe anyone a living. at 50, your dad should have zero debt, and ready for a new life. life begins at 50. he should have worked and saved for this day. enough assets to release him from the burden of work. and pay for his fun time after 50. your dad will live to over 100. at only 50, there are countless opportunities. slow down. they will come. (people who do not get fired at 50, live shorter lives)
