lots of problems with simple solutions. some nations place a 3 cent tax on gas to cover vehicle liability . in usa when an uninsured driver hits you, you are screwed.... with a 3 cent gas vehicle liability coverage, you only pay when you use gas. have 3 cars? pay insurance on all 3 cars? only drive one at a time? insurance companies will need to bribe congress to stop this idea. monopoly graft money stops usa from the usa downfall.
