California people buying up everything in south western Washington state. . boarding up houses. will not rent houses. people in their 50's buying. plan to retire in their 60's . security companies are happy. fear of money becoming worthless, due to hyper inflation. where should i move to? cash for my farm is trash. considering southern south america.
