annual license fee for ev's scheduled to be over $400.00 a year. /// after 2033 all ev's will have meters. the meters will monitor number of miles driven. government will tax you each month on the miles you drive. new ev's will come with meters. owners of old ev's will need to buy and have government ev station inspect the meter.
