each usa tax payer will receive a special tax notice. each usa tax payer will then be responsible for paying its share. failure to pay will result in the usa government removing money from your pay check and/or banking accounts. this is only right. congress must be free of the national debt. this way congress can increase the cia budget by 5 trillion a year.
