Russia wanted to use her as leverage against us, we didn't budge, so Russia said "**** you" America. That is why she got 9 yrs, not for carrying some stupid cannabis oil.
I don't proclaim to know a strategy to get her back. Putin is a **** psychopath. You can't reason with people like him. Some of us may not like her politics, but she is still one of us. She is still an American citizen, that makes her one of our own. This would have been great opportunity for unification across the country, but I see too many of my fellow righties not giving a ****. I find that disappointing, and even unpatriotic. Sure, kneeling for the anthem is also unpatriotic, but she never, to my knowledge, wished harm on her fellow Americans. She may be a pain in the ***, but she is our pain in the ***. As long as one of our own is being **** over by a psychopathic leader, all Americans should put aside their hatred and go get her. Then once we have her back, we can go back to hating each other again.
......at least to some degree. Even the most liberal of people could understand when efforts are being made to help her (and who is making the effort, and who is not). Who knows? Perhaps, might alter folks thinking....could be an opportunity...
But then again there is repellent.
Too bad that there are folks that politically I agree with, cannot get over their dislike for her, being (black, gay, and well-to-do, and whatever), instead of her being american. .....at this point any american under these circumstances are nothing but divisive bargaining chips....
