The Answer is: YOU are going to have to raise taxes on average taxpayers, which THEY won't like... OR, YOU CUT PROGRAMS, which they won't like either... OR, YOU will have to run the state into the GROUND, and BEG for a Federal bail out, WHICH, will get OLD REALLY fast with states like New York, California, and Illinois ALREADY WELL on their way to insolvency !!
