Oligarchs are falling out of windows. The owner of Wagner group has publicly criticized Russian army tactics and the lack of ammunitions for the mercenaries. Wagner recruited from Russian prisons and these men had no training. They were sent to the line at Bakhmut and decimated. Those prisoners that retreated were shot by Wagner regulars. Wagner regulars are now being killed as quickly as the prisoners. Wagner group leader will not survive the war. Putin has removed or switched responsibilities of the General staff of the Army. The best officers and men of the Army were killed during the debacle of the original assault on Kyiv. Because of the lack of advancement of the Army Putin is now sending field grade officers from all over Russia to the line. Russia has only advanced 29 km in a seven month siege of Bakhmut. The only way to stop the war now is negotiations with Putin or his removal by the Army.
