Dims knew Joe was well on the way to senility when he campaigned from the basement. Dims knew that senile Biden would have no ability to run the nation and his staff would do the job. Dims also knew the the Senator from Pa. was unable to do the job. Dims knew Fetterman was a sure vote for dems so it was easy to overlook his mental and physical disabilities.
