Bruce Orr (FBI lawyer) was told by his wife Nellie (Fusion GPS employee) that nothing in the Steele dossier was confirmed. She also knew that the dossier was added to by KGB agents. The FBI knew from the beginning that it was a hoax paid for by dims.
