hahahahahaaaa. I can already image the fraud that will happen. Bankruptcy lawyers will be back in business and the gov. will pay trillions for it. You will pay for it along with the college tuition payments. Duds that will get their loans paid off will get a reward of $25000 to buy a "First house". Pay up and cut my social security tax. Thanks.
