The Russian tanks are junkers and every military in the world knows it. The T-72 and T-80 are jack in the box tanks and the turrets are all over the Ukraine. This problem is a design function and it concerns the number of crewmen that the tank was designed for. Russia has a new tank that is called the "Armata". It is yet to be deployed. The Su-57 fighter plane is touted as a 6th generation fighter. Russia has only built about a dozen. The plane was deployed in Syria and had two combat trials. The plane had to be removed after only a couple of weeks. Captured or shot down Russian planes have been sent to the USA, from Ukraine, and all electronics have been analyzed. Russian electronics in these planes are ancient and easily jammed or defeated. Russia is light years behind in chip development and manufacture. Russia is having problems building new military equipment because of lack of electronics. Their soldiers are eating food that has expiration dates on them from 25 years ago. Russia is a third rate country with nukes.
