He only wanted to commit felony aggravated robbery not murder. Is that going to be is defense strategy? Good luck with that. But, then again, O.J. got off and he committed a double homicide. Maybe the case is won during the jury selection process. I can't believe O.J. is still alive. In the good old days, he would be dead by now. (Just so you know, he plays golf and **** white women while you're at work.)
