A man is lying on a gurney being prepped for a vasectomy. A nurse walks in and pulls his sheet down, climbs on top of him, and proceeds to ride him until he climaxes. She gets off the bed and he says, "Man! What the heck was that all about?". She tells him that research has shown that vasectomies are much less painful and more reliable if performed immediately after a man ejaculates. As they're wheeling him to surgery, they pass a room full of men jacking off. He says, "Wait! What is going on in there?!?". They tell him that those men are also there to have vasectomies. He says, "But I don't understand. Why wasn't I put in this room?". The nurse leans over and says, "Because you sir have Blue Cross and they have ObamaCare."
