They did a "quality of life" matrix years ago and the people of the United States are closer to the bottom than to the top. They measured not just income, but access to healthcare, days off from work, education, crime, and a host of others that made sense. (I just can't remember them now). I think our healthcare system and Big Pharma are really tearing us down
