Do they understand what a dress code is? It applies to everyone. It is NOT discriminatory.
Expel his nappy head.
He is also violating the 'no eating watermelon on school grounds' code.

Black Student Suspended for Hair Style Returns to School, Is Immediately Suspended Again (msn.com)

A Texas teenager who was taken out of school and sent to an off-campus disciplinary program for wearing locs that his school says violates its dress code was given 13 days of in-school suspension just hours after returning to the classroom Tuesday. Since the beginning of the school year, Barbers Hill High School in Mont Belvieu, about a 40 minute drive outside of Houston, has repeatedly assigned Darryl George, who is Black, to in-school suspension, where he has spent weeks completing coursework in a cubicle away from his classmates.
When he continued to protest the school's hair policy, the school sent him to an alternative education program. In total, he has spent only 20% of the school year inside the classroom. The 18-year-old's family sued the school district, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, and the state's attorney general, arguing they had violated the CROWN Act.
They say the school's dress code disproportionately affects Black students, adding that such stringent hair policies have no bearing on students' learning or safety outcomes. The school's policy states that boys are not allowed to wear hair styles "that would allow the hair to extend below the top of a t-shirt collar, below the eyebrows, or below the ear lobes when let down."
George pins his hair so that it does not reach beyond those lengths, but the school argues his hair would exceed the limit if the pins were taken out. The school has warned George's family he will continue to be disciplined until he cuts his hair.“Darryl’s hair is out of compliance with the [Barbers Hill] dress code when let down," a referral notice obtained by CNN reads. "If Darryl corrects his dress code violation he will be allowed to return to his regular classes.”
Ron Reynolds, the chair of the Texas Legislative Black Caucus, told the New York Times that the school is relying on an unfounded interpretation of the CROWN Act."They are acting in bad faith to continue discriminating against African American students," he said.George's mother Darresha said she was concerned that her son wasn't getting the education he deserves due to what she views as the school's discriminatory policies. But she said her family is committed to supporting him through what has turned out to be a tumultuous junior year."We're not going to back down," she told CNN. "I don't care what tactics they try."
