Wrong again! The government was fully aware of who was kept out of school and didn't get the vaccines. Religious exemptions or not. These children were secretly given the jab by their doctors for other illnesses. Force was brought to bear by the government. Another aspect of this operation was agents went out in vans to track these kids down. Those old stories of "Hey kid, do you want some candy?" and "Don't tell your parents." oftentimes resulted in vaccinations. Have you never heard of Operation Licorice Stick? (There were rumors in my family that one of my uncles was an agent.)
