One man’s opinion:
I have been saying that we were losing the battle, and now the deconstruction of our country is accelerating. It seemed apparent to me because the left infiltrated the mainstream media, social media, higher education, primary education, and much of big business – ironically, they still berate big business. If you don’t believe it, watch footage of the leftist rioters: brainwashed robots. Or better yet, try talking to your kid about conservatism.
And why is our country’s demise coming? Because ordinary people can’t grasp the debt and breadth of the left’s radicalism. Example: signs carried by leftists that read “by any means necessary.” Let me pound into you something you will likely deny because it’s beyond the comprehension of the average, peaceable person. The sign means precisely what it says. Does that mean murder? Oh yes, that’s right, they already did that. How about taking over parts of cities and establishing and claiming an autonomous government? Oh yes, that’s right, they already did that. How about defunding the police and destroying a police station? Oh yes, that’s right, they already did that. How about causing anarchy? Oh, that’s right, they already do that.
This past summer, leftist mobs went on a rampage and pillaged, burned domiciles, businesses, and police cars, and assaulted and murdered people. All the while, leftist congressmen and congresswomen ignored, condoned, and even encouraged it; the leftist media ignored it, and law enforcement often stood down following orders. Yet leftists now demonize and impeach Trump for a figurative comment that anyone in their right mind knows was not meant as a call to violence. A timeline precludes people at President Trump’s speech from being among the protesters when they rushed the Capitol Building. I heard in the news that ANTIFA members were identified by facial recognition at the site. It’s not unreasonable to believe there were agitators present for those of us who remember the Vietnam demonstrations. If there were two agitators, there were likely more. Insurrection, they say. The worst violence in recent US history, they say. President Trump might not be a politician and might be ineloquent, but he’s not stupid. Face it, the left is ruthless and parades the result of programming.
We lost some of our First Amendment rights – not only if we openly express or display our conservative political views, but if just discovered as conservatives or President Trump supporters, we may suffer retribution. Imagine, we conservative Americans are running scared of being ourselves in the United States of America. What right are we next to lose lest we forget the voting controversy? Yes, they have us just where they want us, and they are more emboldened than ever – drunk with power. Maybe someday we’ll have to hide our Constitutions. I can see it now – Nancy Morosey and Smuckey Chuckie accompanying the stormtroopers when they confiscate the first one. What belly thrills they’ll have. Do you doubt there was election fraud? I suggest you watch the December 30th Georgia House subcommittee hearing into voting irregularities. (It’s very long, so grab a few beers and a sandwich or two, or watch it in two sessions as I did.) The subcommittee ordered the release of a night’s absentee ballots for forensic analysis. It went to court. That court tried to transfer it to another court. Nothing more has been done.
