In 2020, the Democrat establishment knew Bernie Sanders was unelectable. So, the ideal candidates were a tractable person and a far-leftist as a running mate. Biden and Harris were perfect. Harris was unelectable as President because of her politics and because she was relatively unknown. Still, she would assume the presidency if Biden stepped down, was removed from office, or passed away, and she will have an advantage as a candidate for President in 2024 if Biden manages to last four years and doesn’t run in 2024. It was a dreamy combination for the Democrat establishment.
The grand scheme became apparent when I saw Harris was Biden’s running mate. Though I feared they might be elected, I did stand in awe of the Democrat party establishment’s strategic prowess but was shocked at their running Biden to be embarrassed. (Now, there’s politics in its lowest form.) The party establishment must have run around with belly thrills at the prospects. They knew this was it; it was here; their time had come; they were close to controlling both houses of Congress and the presidency and fundamentally changing our country. Imagine their resolve: Winning was necessary
, so they ramped up their vast machine to full tilt.
Kamala is building her resume and is busy building familiarity with her. She speaks with foreign leaders and has stood or sat by the President during his speeches and White House meetings. And so, the puppet President and the country are humiliated by his faux pas and lapses. At the same time, she gets some limelight.
Doesn’t Kamala have a nice smile, though?
