There can be a lot of speculation as to the why, but I think I know a few reasons
1. To terrify the Mexican citizens thereby creating refugees and forcing them to migrate north to the US.. the browning of America is paramount
2. To push the narrative that more gun control is needed, as they secretly order agents to let these illegal firearms "walk" . A do not detain policy was in force.
3. To cause general mayhem and havoc as the cartel gang members murder and mutilate their rivals and citizens as well.. American policy has always favored killing children
In Mazatlán I found a hotel for $90 bucks a month with Frig and Stove, IN Acapulco I found a Hotel for $8 a day With Stove, In Puerto Escondido I found a Hotel for $40 a month and the the owners would cook for me, and send their daughter to the store for me, I was not allowed to tip her very much.
In Mazatlán I sent my Laundry out to another Resident, she charged $3 Folded, I gave her daughter a $5 and told her keep the change, the mother came down and said it is only $3 I said Tip, she said NO, NO. $3 Only.
I had a blast in Mexico, and the People are awesome, The cops are crooked though, I have stories about them.
