Seattle's Black Neighborhood along MLK WAY, has been Gentrified, It is Coffee Shops now, and Populated by Asians and Whites.
The Asians where the First to Buy into the Black neighborhood, low cost, then came the whites as the Neighborhood changed, now there are no blacks on MLK WAY.
