Yes the machines were programmed to give fractional votes to the canidates. In addition there was the old fashioned voter fraud. Each voting machine has more power than all the computers combined that landed men on the moon. My father has 11 patents in control engineering that has made Alcoa more than a billion dollars. An LED can be turned on and off 1000 times a second. There is a linux program called any LED which will allow you to control any LED on any computer. This can be used to send information out. What is not widely known is any LED can turn light into electrical signals. The signal is very weak but a clever programmer could write a program that recieves these signals and hides in the background until it is needed. Then some one with physical access to the machines and that I mean any machine within laser range could reprogram the machines or change votes. This type of physical hacking is done by governments with lots of resources. There are many more possibilities and I will keep you informed when think they were used.
