Many people who scored at the top of the traditional tests decided to create their own tests. Kevin Langdon IQ 196 created the Langdon Adult Intelligence Test designed to measure people at the 1 in a million level. The state of California sued him and won and the judge ordered Langdon to stop using intelligence to describe his tests. So intelligence is what the state of California says it is.
