We had a few rentals with some pepper bellies in one and a family of boon thugs that came with the other house we we purchased it. The BLACK family paid rent for a few months then quit so we had to evict. Took 7-8 months, they ripped the kitchen cabinets off and used for firewood, holes in the Sheetrock. Urine and feces in the bathtub, ripped the toilet out and used it as a barbecue. Then one of chimps pinched in the fridge to make a statement of their superiority and intelligence. Of course We thought they left one of their kids in there. The pepper people always paid on time.

Have you ever rented you anyone before? Most renters ARE scum. They don't own the rental, so most trash it, lowering the value for the owner. They don't care about the expenses the landlord has and are too stupid and uneducated to figure it all out. There's liability insurance (make it big because low life renters are litigation happy), higher rental property homeowner insurance (because companies know how the pigs treat their rentals), maintenance costs, heat, water, electricity, taxes. etc. Then when the pigs are late on their rent or don't pay for months on end, it sometimes takes a year or more to evict them, and the landlord goes in the hole. So, sonny, there's a good reason for high rent...because renters are pigs.
Here's a good suggestion for anyone who wants to get a pig evicted QUICKLY. Sell the rental, and they will be forced out by law.
Nigpigs are the worst, and illegal Guatemalans will rent as a family, then when they are in, all of a sudden three more families move in and they share the rent...**** cars pile up all over the property go with that. Then see how long it takes you to kick them out.
I only rent short-term to higher class people who vacation. If renters stopped being pigs, things would be better for them. But you know that won't happen. Pigs are always pigs.**** 'em!
