I was there. 1962. Eight years old. Seattle was a clean, vibrant, safe and family-friendly city.
Why so peaceful?
Because Seattle was a moderately conservative city with law and order on the side of law-abiding people. Punishment for crime was swift and just.
And the majority were Christian Caucasians.
Look at this photo. A photo of a once innocent and proud city. People laughed, people were more carefree. People has less stress in their lives. People worked hard and didn't want to be serviced by the government. People could talk apposing politics and still BBQ together.
I've written only truth here.
I pine to have our country back. We shouldn't have to live in a society without boundaries. We need to extricate those who tear us down. Our own people (leftists) have become a domestic enemy. Very sad state of affairs. The youth of today cannot fathom how wonderful the societal bond was back then.

We lived up on Queen Anne Hill and could walk to the fair in the 60’s without fear of dirty *** attacking or the homeless taking their **** in front of us. Great restaurants to go to as a kid before the **** filled tents were pitched or the boons started beating the elder fir $20.00 or shooting each other in Pioneer Square or the beautiful Puget Sound waterfront. Now it’s a dangerous **** for tourists. Visit Seattle and shoot drugs legally in front of the tourist’s kids and let the *** flash their ballsacks at you during the “Stick it in Your ***” gay *** pride cornhole parades.
